My research centers on decoding how pathogens interact with their hosts at the molecular and genomic levels. I focus on host–pathogen genomics, molecular parasitology, and computational biology to uncover how immune responses, pathogen evolution, and genomic adaptation shape infectious disease outcomes.
By combining wet-lab molecular techniques with bioinformatics, multi-omics analyses, and data-driven computational approaches, I bridge experimental and computational science to advance diagnostics, identify therapeutic targets, and contribute to global health innovation.
My research contributions span parasitology, molecular biology, and bioinformatics, focusing on infectious disease diagnostics, vector control, and genomic data analysis. The following publications reflect my commitment to applying both experimental and computational approaches to address public health challenges in tropical medicine.
Below are highlights of my recent research activities, publications, and ongoing projects exploring the intersection of genomics, computational biology, and infectious disease research
